INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium pot, pour 5-6 cups of FILTERED water.

Place one handful or 1 OUNCE of dried herbs into the water.

Bring water to a boil for 5-10 minutes, reduce heat to simmer,

leave the lid on and steep for another 5 minutes with the lid on.

It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using.

Pour the mixture into the steam chair pot, make sure it's not to HOT, always test before steaming so not to burn the genital skin.

Disrobe from the waist down, sit over the steaming herbs, Drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist down to the floor making sure no steam escapes. Make sure you keep warm, relax and enjoy.
