1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed, unless it is a custom or made to order product. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited: 3-5 business days (has additional shipping cost)

3. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Important Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
